At Insight Security, we welcome feedback from our customers, as it is an important element of our continuous drive to improve our service, customer experience and our product portfolio.

Product Reviews

We endeavour to deliver only tried, tested and trusted products, that have passed our rigorous selection or manufacturing criteria before being accepted into our portfolio.

However, feedback about the products you have bought is very helpful, as it helps us to quickly identify any issues that may need addressing, i.e.

• Does the description of the product on our website need refining
• Are more comprehensive instructions as to how it should be used required
• and of course it also helps us monitor the ongoing performance of the product.

The easiest way to provide product feedback is to visit our website, click on the product you would like to review, and then click on the “Reviews” tab to enter your feedback

Review our Customer Service & Experience

Our whole Customer First company ethos is geared to delivering the best possible experience that we can for our customers.

We genuinely welcome any feedback that you can provide, as that is how we learn how we can continue to improve on, what our customers tell us is already an excellent service and experience.

Following any order processed, we email out review requests via www.reviews.com to all of our customers.

This is normally done at the end of the month in which the purchase was made, to give our customers time to install or use the product(s) they have bought.

As you will see, 4 or 5 star reviews are the norm, as we only sell quality products and endeavour to deliver excellent customer service.

Note, all submitted reviews are published, however if for any reason you are unhappy with the product or service you have received, we would appreciate it if you would speak to us before leaving a negative review.

Our priority is always to have happy customers and on the very rare occasion that something has gone wrong, it is normally easy to quickly put it right.
